Who we are

Masith Construction was founded by Emma and Megan, friends for over 20 years who happen to love improving and building. With more than a decade of hands-on construction experience, we know how to get the job done right. We take pride in showing that construction can be smart, organized and approachable and have built an amazing team to do just that.

Beyond building, the Masith Team cares deeply about the Arizona community. We all live and work here, our families enjoy the same things and it is an absolute honor to be a part of helping the lives around us.

Masith Construction is not just a service - it’s a friendship in action, built on real stories, real struggles, and a shared commitment to making life a little easier. All it takes is a helping hand and a good laugh to turn a big job into something you can actually enjoy.

COMING SOON
We are excited to announce that Masith Academy is launching soon! This program provides paid hands-on training for Arizona’s communities, including veterans, underserved and anyone eager for a new direction. Students can find opportunities that fit their abilities from CAD drafting and design work to full scale hands-on construction experience. Our goal is to give everyone a chance to learn real and valuable skills, gain experience and contribute to their community. STAY TUNED for updates and enrollment details.
